溫州豐邦機械有限公司是一家專(zhuān)門(mén)做書(shū)型盒組裝裝機的公司，我們公司的產(chǎn)品主要分為兩種類(lèi)型一種是全自動(dòng)一種是半自動(dòng)，它們屬于印后包裝機器設備，其用途是針對書(shū)型盒的組裝，作用是在盒子的皮殼上噴膠，然后把皮殼跟內盒粘連在一起。

We are a company specializing in the assembly of book boxes. Our group product are mainly divided into two types, one is automatic and the other is semi-automatic.They belong to the post-press packaging machine equipment, its purpose is to book box assembly, the role is to spray on the shell of the box, and then the shell and the inner box together.

它們可以以組裝的盒型有很多種，酒盒、化妝品盒、月餅盒、禮品盒、天地蓋盒等等

They can be assembled in a variety of boxes, wine boxes, cosmetics boxes, moon cake boxes, gift boxes, heaven and earth cover boxes, and so on

我們的機器機已通過(guò) CE 認證

半自動(dòng)機器性能及特點(diǎn)：

一、皮殼疊加上堆放，不用停機加皮殼。

二、皮殼真空下吸皮帶輸送，不會(huì )刮痕。

三、導軌畫(huà)膠，粗組可調節。

四、整機一字型，占地面積小

五、內盒皮殼在同一方向一人加料，節約人工。整機只須 2 人操作

六、內盒司服取盒，帶自動(dòng)糾邊功能，**度高。

七、整機有五個(gè)司服，調版數據輸入，操作簡(jiǎn)單，無(wú)報費率。

八、壓盒部位上壓下壓側壓一次完成

Semi- automatic assembly machine

Machine performance and characteristics:

First, the shell stacked on the stack, no stop skin shell.

Second, the leather shell vacuum suction belt transport, no scratch.

Third, the guideway drawing glue, the coarse group can be adjusted.

Four, the whole machine one font type, the occupation area is small

Fifth, the inner box leather shell in the same direction a person feeding, save labor. The whole machine should be operated by only 2 people

Six, the inner box service takes the box, has the automatic edge-correcting function, the precision is high.

Seven, the whole machine has five division service, adjust the data input, simple operation, no reported rate.

Eight, the pressure box part up press down pressure side press one time to complete

根據不同產(chǎn)品的需求我們有不同的膠水，1、熱膠，熱熔膠2是冷膠，白膠

According to the requirements of different products, we have different glue 1, hot glue, hot melt adhesive 2 is cold glue, white glue

一分鐘可以組裝18-25個(gè)盒子 It can assemble 18-25 boxes in a minute.

半自動(dòng)裝機操作說(shuō)明：

首先在控制系統上設定好要畫(huà)膠的樣式，再把皮殼放到定位點(diǎn)，盒子由輸送帶運送到噴膠定位點(diǎn)，膠槍在皮殼上畫(huà)膠，畫(huà)好膠后把內盒放到皮殼上然后盒子來(lái)到壓盒板位置壓盒，把皮殼跟內盒粘連在一起，**后由工人整理盒子。

Semi automatic operation instructions:

First of all, in the control system, set the style to draw glue, then put the leather shell at the location point. The box is transported from the conveyor belt to the glue spray location point, and the glue gun draws glue on the leather shell. After the glue is drawn, the inner box is placed on the leather shell and the box comes to the pressure box. The case is glued to the inner box. Finally, the workman arranges the box.

全自動(dòng)組裝機操作說(shuō)明：

1、控制系統上設定好要畫(huà)膠的樣式

2、把皮殼放到自動(dòng)上升位置，把內盒放到旁邊輸送帶上。然后啟動(dòng)機器

3、皮殼由自動(dòng)上升板位置來(lái)到噴膠位置，膠槍在皮殼上噴膠，畫(huà)好膠后輸送帶將皮殼運送到放內盒位置上，機械手將內盒夾住放到皮殼上，（可用夾子或者吸盤(pán)）然后運送到壓盒位置將它們粘合在一起，**后來(lái)到翻板處，將盒子整合。

Automatic assembly machine operation instructions:

Set the pattern of glue on the control system

Put the leather shell in the automatic rise position and put the inner box on the side conveyor belt. And start the machine.

The leather shell moves from the position of the automatic riser to the position of the spray glue. The glue gun sprays the glue on the shell. After drawing the glue, the conveyor belt carries the shell to the position of the inner box. The manipulator clamps the inner box onto the leather shell,（Available clip or sucker） which is then transported to the box position to glue them together, and finally to the flip plate to integrate the box.
